The new Wi-Fi enabled embroidery machines (such as the Brother NQ1700e or the Baby Lock Flare) have a new problem that previous non-Wi-Fi machines normally don’t encounter. When these machines import an embroidery design via Wi-Fi, the embroidery machine stores the design in its memory. Periodically, you will need to delete these stored designs. If the designs are not deleted, then eventually the embroidery machine will get an out of memory error.
This tutorial discusses where to find your stored designs on your Wi-Fi enabled embroidery machine. There are three locations that the designs are stored. You will need to check each location to see how many designs are stored.
While the video is for more expensive Wi-Fi enabled embroidery machines, the instructions should work for most current Brother and Baby Lock Wi-Fi enabled models of embroidery machines.
