Petticoat Valance Pattern Specifications:
- Over-valance can be used alone or with the gathered/pleated skirt.
- Over-valance has an 18″ drop at sides and approximately 12″-14″ drop at the center.
- Underskirt gives the valance a 20″ overall drop.
- Length is adjustable
- Valance can fit windows from 36″ finished width to 108″ finished width.
- Finished measurement of valance needs to be 2″ (or more) wider than outside molding measurement for outside mounts to allow for clearance of valance legs.
- Valance is board mounted with legs.
- Valance is doubled for wider windows, creating two side sections and one center sections.
Petticoat Valance Pattern Alternate Looks:
- Valance can be used without underskirt.
- Button can be placed at the top center edge of Left Valance B section.
- Valance can be banded along front curved edges.
